Like Decrypt9, Luma 3DS is "just" an ARM9 payload so you can just rename the arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma archive to arm9.bin, put this file on the root of your SD card and launch it with Safehax/Fasthax. So to give you/them a taste why not just try out Luma without any risk?
